SameDayCorp can register your California Corporation and LLC Next Day and send you back the state formation confirmation documents by email Next Day if your order is received by 1 PM PT. After formation, we help you make sure your corporation or LLC's corporate governance is set up correctly and completely.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF REGISTRATION
You start by filling out the online order form on our website or by calling us. After we receive the required information and fees we complete required filings with California Sec of State. Barring any issues from California Sec of State, we will receive and email you the formation confirmation documents from California Sec of State Next Day. After formation, we help you with the next steps (such as obtaining the Tax ID (EIN) from the IRS, etc.)

Barring any issues from California Sec of State, registration of a California corporation or LLC is completed the Next Day the order is received. California Sec of State formation confirmation documents are sent back to customer Next Day.

WHAT IS SAMEDAYCORP REFUND POLICY
Refund is not possible after we file with California Sec of State. Please see our terms page to see the details of refund policy.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE RECEIVED AS PROOF OF REGISTRATION
California Sec of State Filed stamped Articles are received and sent to you by email. Your Corporation or LLC will also show on the State's website.
