7. AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
- We will complete name availability search and prepare/ file the Certificate of Incorporation or Articles of Organization with the New York Department of State - Division of Corporations to register the entity.
- Barring any issues from New York Department of State - Division of Corporations the formation date should be the same business date if your order is received before 2 PM ET. State Filed Stamped formation documents will be emailed to you same day or next business day barring any issues from state of New York.
8. AFTER YOUR ENTITY IS FORMED
Barring any issues from New York Department of State - Division of Corporations the formation confirmation documents should be emailed to you same day. The documents will include Certificate of Incorporation/ Copy of Articles of Organization. We will also provide information to obtain tax ID from the IRS. We will then help you as you need.
9. LLC PUBLICATION GUIDANCE
Section 206 of the Limited Liability Company Law requires publication of a notice of the LLC formation within 120 days of formation. The LLC must publish a notice in two newspapers, once a week, for a period of six consecutive weeks. One must be a weekly newspaper and the other a daily newspaper in the county where your LLC is formed. Upon publication, the newspapers will provide affidavits of publication to be filed with the state.
